im suffering with foot and calf cramp badly right now,
ive just put a hot water bottle on my leg and done some research, apparently:
pinching your top lip will do something to do with nerves to help (didnt work for me)
lie on something with you legs against a wall (helped a little)
stand with your hands flat on a wall and legs far back stretching (helped)
drink lots, you may be dehydrated!
